Private Yoga Sessions
Private Yoga Sessions are an excellent way to achieve the benefits of yoga and track your individual progress.
Each session is designed specifically for you, and will focus on exercises that take into consideration your area of concern (if any), stress level, your personal health, and goals.
Classes are private and confidential. You’ll get more hands on attention than at a public group class. Can’t make it to a group class? You choose the day and time of your sessions!
Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or at Your Yoga Sarnia (380 Russell St. N).
A complimentary wellness consultation is included in your first session at no additional cost to you.

Starts June 2st – Learn the Somatic Movement “Cat Stretch ” Series.
Learn the series of 8 easy, gentle yet powerful somatic movements, known as the Cat Stretch. Once you become comfortable and proficient with these movements they can be done in about 15 minutes every day. They are designed to remind your brain how to keep your body flexible and free from discomfort. Step by step instructions and access to a Yoga Nidra guided meditation are included in the price.
