Many new students to Your Yoga Sarnia are pleasantly surprised with their first Beginners class. The most common response is "Wow! This is stuff I can actually do!" (the second is "Wow, I feel great!!" ) This is because they are not your "typical" Traditional Yoga class! You won't learn how to stretch to get flexible and you won't learn how to perform Yoga for pictures on Facebook or Instagram (however if that is your goal, these classes are an excellent foundation to compliment a traditional Yoga class). My goal for each class is to hold space for you while you begin to explore and sense your internal body (SOMA) and habitual movement patterns.
