The purpose of a Somatic Movement class is to uncover your body’s potential. By re-training your body and re-patterning your unconscious (habitual) movement patterns you will learn to move in a more fluid and natural way. If any movement results in pain, discomfort or lacks in ease, this is what requires re-patterning.
