Many new students to Your Yoga Sarnia are pleasantly surprised with their first Beginners class. The most common response is "Wow! This is stuff I can actually do!" (the second is "wow, I feel great!!" ) This is because they are not your "typical" Yoga class! My goal for each class is to hold space for you while you begin to explore and sense your internal body (SOMA) and habitual movement patterns. These classes are an opportunity to slow right down, unwind and lower your stress levels, while having fun at the same time!
